Easy operation

Operating your Philips Hue lighting is child’s play. Use the Philips Hue app to control your lighting individually or in groups, as you wish. Easily change the colour, whiteness, or brightness of your Philips Hue Outdoor lamp for the ideal ambience. Choose from standard light recipes or set timers: the possibilities are endless.

What’s more, your smart outdoor lighting also listens to your voice. You can give voice commands and ask Siri, Amazon Alexa, or Google Assistant to turn the lights on or off, dim the lights, select a light scene, and so much more.

Smart accessories

Combine your smart outdoor lighting with the Philips Hue motion detector and have the lights welcome you home or scare away unwanted ‘visitors’. The detector switches your lights on automatically as soon as someone passes by the ‘eye’.

Another handy accessory is the Philips Hue dimmer switch . The Hue dimmer is a switch and remote control in one. You can easily attach it to the inside wall using the mounting plate, and if you want to control your Hue outdoor lighting, you can remove the dimmer from the magnetic plate and use it as a remote control to switch your lighting on and off, dim your lighting, or switch between different light recipes

Both the motion detector and the dimmer are completely wireless and battery-operated, so you can place them wherever you want.
